Roli’s Bed and Breakfast

At $215.00 per night, the spacious Loft, located on the top floor of Roli’s B&B, has a queen bed, a bar with counter top, a small refrigerator and wine cooler, a walk-in shower with a Jacuzzi style tub, a balcony facing Lake Travis that wraps all the way around the front of the Loft.  Please observe our NO SHOES ZONE for the Loft.  Bring your Ipod, we got the docking station!! At $160.00 per night, one of our guests’ favorites, the honey moon sweet.  The Blue Room with its own bathroom and a private balcony facing Lake Travis. This room has a Jacuzzi style hot tub in the room.

Yellow is sunshine and cheerful. It denotes happiness and joy.
At $145.00 per night, the Yellow Room is a spacious room with its own bathroom and a private balcony facing Lake Travis

Green is life and renewal. It denotes growth, health, and environment.
At $145.00 per night,  the Green Room is a spacious room with its own bathroom and a private balcony facing Lake Travis and the Hill Country.

At $180.00 per night, the cottage is a 600 SQFT open space, loft style with a kitchen, dining room, and bedroom. It has a private balcony and bathroom. It is located about 100 feet from the main house. This is our most private room with a preserve in the back and a view of the Lake and Hill Country from the balcony. This room has a combination of country and modern style décor

Introductory RATE at $325.00 per night, the Lake House comes with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, full media room and bedroom. The master suite has a private balcony and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The Lake House rate includes accommodations for four people.  It is located about 50 feet from the main house and 30 feet from Lake Travis. This house has an elegant and relaxing style with views of Lake Travis and the Hill Country
