Erin’s personal style is a base of Swedish with Myofacial and Deep Tissue. She is experienced in and has specialized training in several types of massage including pregnancy massage, neck and sciatic pain, and pain management associated with scoliosis or other chronic alignment issues, Swedish relaxation massage, and deep tissue massage.

Audra Shimek is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 8 years of experience. Shes specialize in John Barnes Myofascial release.  John Barnes’ Myofascial Release is a gentle, and safe and highly effective whole body hands-on approach to treatment.  It provides sustained pressure into myofascial restriction and utilizes a variance of pressure from heavy to light.  It eliminates pain and headaches and restores motion.  It deepens the relaxation response and is the ultimate mind-body healing approach.  She can also provide other techniques, Facial Massage, Body wrap treatments, Hot Stone Massage, Swedish, Shiatsu/Thai (practiced on a floor mat), pregnancy, craniosacral, and other deep forms of soft tissue mobilization.
