CANCELLATION POLICY
One week prior to your date of arrival, the credit card you provided with your reservation will be charged in full. You will receive a copy of your invoice via email.
If you cancel your reservation within at least seven (7) days prior to the day or your arrival NO CHARGES will be applied to your credit card. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITTEN FORM SUCH AS AN EMAIL.
Roli’s B&B WILL NOT REFUND any monies if a cancellation is made without such written notice and within the stated timeline of a minimum seven days.
Master Card or Visa must be used to guarantee your reservation. Payment, at the time of your departure, may be made by cash or credit card.
OUT-OF-THE-ORDINARY
PROPERTY DAMAGE: Roli’s B&B and its affiliates have the right to recover
any property damage/lost caused by a guest’s own negligence. Charges will be
applied to the guest credit card in order to recover the cost due to the
damage/lost caused by the guest.
LOST KEYS, a charge of $15.00 will be assessed for any set of lost keys.
An additional $100.00 fee will be assessed to your bill for cleaning or sanitizing of rooms out of the normal room rental cleaning.
Smoking is allowed outside/decks
Consumption of wine and alcohol is permitted. (Use respect for other guests. Must be over 21!)
Check in time is any time after 3pm and Check out time is any time before 12pm.
Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals or late departures with prior notice. Parking is available on 13608 Bullick Hollow Road.
